- Usage data (only if you accepted analytics cookies): pages viewed, device type, approximate country, session duration. We do not track individuals across the web.
- Operational records for customer contracts: weigh tickets, invoices, reports. Retained for 10 years per Saudi tax and accounting requirements.
3. Why we collect it
- To respond to quote requests and enquiries.
- To deliver contracts (scheduling, pickup, weigh-out, payment, reporting).
- To meet legal obligations: tax, accounting, material shipment records.
- To improve the website (with your analytics cookie consent).
4. Who we share it with
We share your data only with: (a) service providers who help us operate the infrastructure (e.g. Cloudflare hosting); (b) Saudi government regulators where legally required; (c) accountants and auditors under confidentiality. We do not sell your data. Ever.

Our website infrastructure is hosted on Cloudflare’s globally distributed network. Operational customer records are stored on servers in Saudi Arabia and the EU under standard GDPR transfer safeguards.

We offer industrial recycling services: ferrous and non-ferrous metals recovery, demolition, e-waste, advisory. Each job is governed by a written quote or signed contract. Quotes on this website are indicative and not binding until we sign.
3. Acceptable use of the website
- Don’t use the site for unlawful or harmful purposes.
- Don’t attempt to access private areas (such as editor tools) without authorization.
- Don’t copy content for commercial use without written permission.
4. Pricing & payment
Our pricing is indexed to LME and weigh-out day. Final weigh tickets determine actual price. Payments are made within 7 days of weigh-out, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All invoices include Saudi VAT (15%) per ZATCA requirements.
5. Limitation of liability
Our services are delivered to industrial safety and quality standards. However, to the extent permitted by Saudi law, our total liability does not exceed the amount paid to us under the relevant contract in the prior 12 months.
6. Intellectual property
All site content (text, images, logo, design) is owned by canasa or licensed to it. Don’t copy or redistribute without written permission.
7. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute is referred to the competent courts of the Eastern Province, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
